There were many simultaneous workshops inside classroom part of the San Jose Convention Center if we resumed with the conference on Friday, September 11th. They were led by engineers and presenters who all done components from eBay's Fall Seller Update. Some of the areas covered: New Seller Hub, eBay Search, Global Shipping Program, Product Identifiers and the best, a Q&A with four permanent and top eBay sellers including the Queen of Auctions, Lynn Dralle and Power Selling Mom, Danna Crawford. The room was standing room only with folks planning to hear information on their types of selling and private experiences that could relate to. They covered where did they sourced, the way they listed, pricing, etc. with personal stories and examples. If it had only been longer! So much fun!

PowerSellers status is reached when an eBay seller hits specific targeted goals including variety of sales, customer happiness, policy compliance which the eBay account is up to date throughout a given timeframe.  There are five tiers of PowerSellers, with Bronze being the initial. These tiers derive from selling volumes. Program eligibility is reviewed monthly which enable it to be tracked via your seller dashboard.

 I have been selling on ebay during the last three years and have seen thousands make extra money per week selling things they just don't want any more or avoid using any further on ebay. Sure beats using a garage sell and getting up prior to the chickens to put together, having people across you yard, garage, and each one asking will you take only a dollar for something you paid $25 for any year ago. :)

Our Seller needed a little more encouragement. "Why can't people just look beyond my stuff?" our Seller muttered. Our Home Stager explained that under 10% of homeowners can look past existing furnishings and exactly how important first impressions are. After a tour of the house with the Home Stager, our Seller not merely understood value of home staging, but was delighted to determine that home staging wasn't about major renovations or insulting their taste in d??cor. Home staging was no longer an annoyance, but a method of preparing your home to entice probably the most buyers. No one can force a seller to stage their home, but educating clients will be the 1st step that will get them engaged in the home staging process. Some sellers will still only need a little help. Some will require a lot. The Seller in our story not only embraced our Home Stager's suggestions, but hired our Home Stager to develop each room for maximum appeal.

For the benefit for the client, should they be likely to live in the property for the long-term period then you will have wonderful benefits for the buyer to obtain a lower rate. Looking at the principal and interest payment for $400,000 at 6.25%, 30-year term the repayments then is $2,462.87/month for principal and interest. With the same terms using a rate of 5.5% the payment is $2,271.16/month for principal and interest. That would produce a monthly savings of ($2,462.87- $2,271.16) is $191.71/month in savings versus a 6.25% rate of interest.
