The good thing in asking for the Dr note with no specific reason could be that the doctor would likely indicate how the note may serve whatever purpose it need to fulfill. This was much too perfect. The 2nd part ended up being to submit it to my teacher. When asked why I can't be involved in a fitness center class, I just said that after few sessions of gym class I was experiencing difficulty staying in touch so I asked my doctor if it's far better to attend the class. Fortunately, the vague purpose indicated by my doctor can be twisted. So I just made the impression that my doctor wouldn't permit me to attend the fitness center class.
